    Currently, we seek an individual as a Brand Marketing Manager at our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and direction of national marketing and media calendar, testing and implementation process, and national promotions including off-premise and beverage programming targeted to increase sales, profits and brand awareness.

    Responsibilities:

    National Marketing and Media Planning (35%)

    Manage the national promotional calendar of food events (limited time offers) and brand programs.

    Oversee national media plans, including added value promotions management, broadcast trafficking, budget management, and invoice processing.

    Maintain promotional calendar flowchart at all times including comp store sales tracking and updates.

    Testing & Implementation Process (30%)

    Develop and manage product pipeline test calendar and promotions.

    Lead all market tests, including identification of test markets and communication to Operations teams.

    Produce timely reporting of all test result outcomes.

    Supplemental Promotions (20%)

    Lead the implementation of other supplemental promotions designed to increase sales and profits, including beverage promotions, in-store promotions, brand sponsorships, group sales, and PR activities.

    Off-Premise Marketing: Online Ordering, Third Party Delivery, Catering and Carry Out.

    Beverage Programming: Manage quarterly Coca-Cola beverage programs and contesting.

    Communications (15%)

    Develop program development guide content, system-wide communications and provide internal communication to cross-functional teams.

    Manage prioritization of brand messaging inside restaurants through merchandising.

    Education/Experience: BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience; proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint. Seven or more years’ experience in restaurant marketing; project management experience including creative, development, budgeting, agency management, media, consumer promotions, event planning, and public relations.
