This is a fully remote position. The Inside Sales Rep is a crucial member of our organization, directly contributing to the success of our business. The roles involve reaching out and qualifying inbound and outbound leads, accurate reporting inside our CRM, identifying potential issues in our sales process, communicating these to the team leader, and last but not least setting up opportunities for our Home Buying Specialist (Closer) The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for meeting sales targets, generating revenue, and contributing to the overall goals and plans developed by the sales management team. Responsibilities: • Qualify Leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Secure 15 approved pass-offs / Appointments per week to our Home Buying Specialists • Record weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met • Contact New Leads with Urgency • Run follow-up campaigns on a dialer Qualifications: • A high school diploma or GED is required, a bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience using CRM software • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • 1+ years of experience in sales or a similar role Compensation: $24,000 - $60,000 yearly
