Operations Manager/Executive Assistant Role This position will be fluid, evolving, and challenging. We are looking for someone who enjoys breaking routines and working in a dynamic work environment that will change on a regular basis. This is a long-term position with lots of opportunities for growth. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that he spends the vast majority of my time growing Golden Equity and driving the business to hit targets and achieve its Vision. We will be constantly improving and expanding systems and processes and your job is to ensure the implementation of these systems and processes once they have been created. You are the first line of defense against tactical tasks, projects, emails, and anything else that prevents them from doing so. You will not immediately take on all these tasks but these are the things we hope to accomplish first & fast. Responsibilities: • Support in executing his vision and growing businesses • Managing calendar, productivity, travel arrangements, and logistics • Scribing out and building out new systems and new processes • Manage email inboxes • Helping complete the items on personal and business checklists • Project handoffs; once created, facilitating the implementation and management of said projects • Keep focused on the company's goals and not distracted by anything else • Cold outreach and follow-up for recruitment • Manage Files & Records • Take activities and solutions created by our fast-moving team and create processes out of them • Review and update company policies and SOPs • Assist in building systems and processes and implementing these processes in company software • Support and back up team members in Marketing, and Dispositions and transactional coordinator This could require taking on a full role in the company while we find a fit Results • Each member of our team has a clear outcome, knows their scoreboard, and understands what they are accountable for (OTA - outcome, transparency, and accountability) • We have an engaged team of True Believers who are excited about our company direction and committed to achieving our Client Centric Mission • We practice transformational leadership in our organization and allow people to understand what they are truly capable of • The projects we commit to are completed on time and create the desired outcome for our company and our clients • We use the minimum effective dose systems and platforms in order to get the greatest results • The foundation of our company, accounting, finance, taxes, human resources, and legal are up-to-date and accurate • We have a catalog with full documentation on all of the company’s systems and processes • The systems and processes in our Dispositions, Marketing, and transaction departments are written down and inside our company software • The Executive has fewer and fewer day-to-day tasks allowing him to turn off and recharge when he's not working Qualifications: Requirements • High-level communication skills • Emotionally self-regulate even during times of pressure and stress to be present for the team • Able to consistently understand the intent and vision of DaeMonte and work as a sounding board • Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to hit them • Highly developed self-awareness and leadership skills • Ability to assess the company based on data • You will work to decrease the noise of the Executive and be his barrier Compensation: $10 - $12 hourly
