Responsibilities: Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • 75+ Outbound calls • Attend all appointments set Qualifications: 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Phone Sales Experience Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 yearly
