Responsibilities: • Generate 15 approved pass-offs weekly for our Home Buying Specialists • Assist in closing 3 contracts every week from pass-offs • Conduct a minimum of 100 dials daily to support our outreach efforts • Engage in at least 150 minutes of meaningful talk time each day Qualifications: • Must possess outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities • A high school diploma is required, with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor’s degree • Should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales • Proficiency in English is essential for this role Compensation: $5 - $10 hourly
