    THE ROLE.

    Golden Hippo is currently looking for a Learning & Development Intern who will be responsible for supporting the Learning and Development department in organizing and maintaining training programs to improve employee performance and ensure organizational productivity.  The intern will report directly into the Manager of Learning and Development, and have the opportunity to learn directly from her on what it takes to research, design, build, launch, coordinate, evaluate and evolve training programs.

    WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE.

    • Assist in the organization and maintenance of numerous Learning programs across multiple locations.
    • Help build marketing campaigns to generate interest and participation in programs.
    • Assist with enrollment, logging, and tracking of Anti-Harassment training, including organization of completion certificates.
    • Produce reporting/metrics of survey results from courses and training sessions.
    • Help develop insights and recommendations from training survey results.
    • Assist with all administrative functions related to the creation of and updates to training material.
    • Track training session participation (attendance) and assist with logistics of upcoming training sessions.

    • Ability to handle confidential information

    • Aptitude for managing logistics 
    • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
    • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and locations
    • Creative and resourceful with the knack for building and streamlining processes
    • Strong communicator with amazing written, verbal, and visual communication skills
