THE ROLE.
Golden Hippo is currently looking for a Learning & Development Intern who will be responsible for supporting the Learning and Development department in organizing and maintaining training programs to improve employee performance and ensure organizational productivity. The intern will report directly into the Manager of Learning and Development, and have the opportunity to learn directly from her on what it takes to research, design, build, launch, coordinate, evaluate and evolve training programs.
