Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue wholesale real estate opportunities in the assigned market(s).
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, and other industry professionals.
- Conduct property research, analysis, and due diligence to assess investment potential.
- Negotiate contracts and oversee transactions after acquisition to closing.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and foster a supportive work environment.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to identify opportunities and risks.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Provide guidance and support to team members involved in the dispositions process.

Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
- Real Estate dispositions experience is a big plus but is not required.
- Real Estate investing experience is preferred but is not required.
- Local to Northern California is preferred, but not required.
- Real estate license is preferred but not required.
- Excellent negotiation, communication (verbal/written), and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning and growth.
- Ability to put enough time per day to reach monthly targets.
- Tech savvy enough to work with CRMs and computer software.
- An excellent negotiator and closer.
- Excellent work ethic - be independently driven, ambitious, and a go-getter.
- Willingness to adapt and be flexible in a start-up environment.
- Must maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
