    We are looking for a full time CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for our Madera, CA facility. Our Customer Service Representatives are the hub of the company and in the middle of the action. The successful candidate in this role has STRONG AND PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS and keeps positive attitude and smile on their face while thinking on their feet juggling requests from customers, salespeople, production team members, and logistics. The person in this position uses their ATTENTION TO DETAIL, asks about “the next step” and knows how to balance taking initiative and problem solving with efficiency.

    Customer Service Representative duties include:

    • Record detailed order information in order entry and inventory management systems
    • Interact with customers to receive orders, cancellations, and changes for product or to clarify needs / requirements
    • Interface with other internal departments (Sales, Production, Logistics) to facilitate order flow process
    • Interact with vendors to ensure external items needed are orders, billed and received in a timely manner
    • Coordinate shipments of products with shipping department
    • Manage inventories for effective production review and planning
    • Work with various departments to identify and resolve customer complaints
    • Maintain an organized filing system to allow for quick retrieval among team members
    • Regularly use math skills to ensure orders are accurate prior to booking

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Three (3) years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Experience using a computer for record-keeping and documentation purposes
    • High school diploma or GED

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Corrugated / Packaging experience
    • Associates degree (A.A.) in Business or related field

    Position requires 40 hours per week from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday. Pay range is between $20.00 and $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
