    Position overview
    As a Salesperson for Goldenwallpaper, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our range of wallpaper installation/painting services to a diverse clientele. Your primary responsibility is to generate sales, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of our business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Product Knowledge:
    -Develop in-depth knowledge of our wallpaper installation techniques and the wallpaper itself, including their features, benefits, and applications.
    -Stay up-to-date with the latest wallpaper trends and design styles.
    Sales and Customer Engagement:
    -Proactively identify and target potential customers, including homeowners, interior designers, contractors, and businesses.
    -Reach out to prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
    -Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, offering design advice, and assisting with product selection.
    Sales Growth:
    -Set and achieve sales targets and goals to contribute to the company's revenue objectives.
    -Develop and implement sales strategies, including upselling and cross-selling.
    -Create and maintain a database of potential and existing customers.
    Relationship Building:
    -Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers based on trust and professionalism.
    -Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
    Marketing Support:
    -Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers, discounts, and new product launches.
    -Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand your network and promote the company.
    Reporting:
    -Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
    Prepare regular sales reports for management.

    Qualifications:

    -Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or home improvement industry.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    -Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    -Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
    -Familiarity with interior design concepts and trends is a plus.
    -Proficiency in using sales CRM software and basic computer skills.
    -Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for client visits (if required).

    -Must be fluent in English and Spanish/Portuguese.
