    The Marketing and Sales Coordinator successfully creates brand awareness for Goldfish Swim School - Arlington Heights through digital marketing campaigns, social media content, monthly newsletter and announcements, weekly giveaways and contests, promotions, water safety presentations and event management. Weekly reporting to track success of all campaigns through Goldfish Swim School dashboards.

    Oversees the management of member retention and recruitment through sales leads from digital marketing campaigns, local and regional events, water safety presentations, walk-ins, referrals and other avenues. Weekly reporting to track success of conversions and lead generation through Sales Force dashboard and Goldfish Swim School POS system.

    Manages the daily operation of the Front Desk, including staff training and evaluation, iClass Pro registration and procedures, enrollment reporting, withdrawal auditing, retail sales tracking and inventory management and weekly communications with other Managers.

    High School or GED required. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience with creating marketing campaigns, social media content and event management. Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, membership sales or related field. Previous supervisory experience in retail or sales preferred.

    Must be available to work weekday, weeknight and weekends, including holidays when needed.

    CPR/AED/First Aid trained or ability to obtain within 3 months of employment.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Create meaningful content through writing, photography and video to engage our online community on social media networks.

    Develop and execute unique and organic social media content of current students to engage our current members and potential new members in an effort to increase following on each network.

    Schedule social media content through Soci dashboard to promote the Goldfish Swim School brand.

    Gains a high level of knowledge and experience with iClass Pro and Sales Force to achieve a high level of competence in bookings, scheduling, reporting, lead management and administrative functions.

    Attends local events to promote Goldfish Swim School - Arlington Heights to create brand awareness.

    Provide leadership, support and training to Front Desk staff for iClass Pro, Sales Force and customer service procedures.

    Audits WebPunch reviews and provides timely customer follow up.

    Audits the withdraw submissions and contacts members for any necessary resolution.

    Ensures phone calls and emails are responded to professionally and in a timely manner.

    Reviews the Absentee Report weekly to make customer notes in their accounts and withdraws members for lack of attendance.

    Reviews the Enrollment Reports for new members, trials, makeups and withdrawals.

    Holds a monthly Front Desk meeting to provide support and training on iClass Pro and Sales Force, review current and upcoming promotions, booking and conversion analysis and troubleshoot any issues affecting the efficiency of the Front Desk.

    Trains and oversees birthday party staff to ensure Goldfish Swim School standard operating procedures are being maintained.

    Completes quarterly Golden Support Reviews for all Front Desk staff to review performance and attendance. Provides appropriate follow up for areas of need.

    Completes weekly inventory of vending and retail items, member items and office supplies.

    Recruits, schedules and conducts Water Safety Presentations at local schools, daycare facilities, scout groups and other community groups.

    Offers customer service resolution to any customer issue.

    Oversees the Front Desk Emergency Action Plan.

    Ensures facility cleanliness is maintained throughout school.

    Other duties as assigned by the CEO, General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager.
