Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Type: Part-time

Expected Hours: 15 hours per week

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Location: At home / remote

Job Description: Sales Associates are focused on growing the Goldfish Swim School membership base

Duties & Responsibilities: Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Conducts sales calls in accordance with Goldfish Swim School’s core values of Integrity/Compassion/Trust and WOW! Customer Service

2. Communicates with prospects in a timely manner via email, phone calls and text

3. Enrolls students in the proper lesson level according to the Goldfish Swim School curriculum

4. Re-engages with customers who have ‘paused’ their membership

5. Builds and maintains a strong knowledge of the Goldfish Swim School mission, products and facility

6. Effectively conveys Goldfish brand information to customers and prospects

7. Understands and tracks sales goals as set by management

8. Processes end-of-day reports to send to management

9. Must be current on Goldfish’s Company pricing and promotion schedule

10. Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Able to work with limited supervision in a remote work environment
2. Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
3. Intermediate level computer skills required – Microsoft Word, Excel as well as other software systems
4. Experience with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) sales systems is not required but would be a plus

Education/Experience:

1. 3 years of sales experience (or equivalent) highly preferred

2. Some college education is preferred

3. High school diploma or GED
