Location: 20 Webster Place, Brookline, MA 02445

Pay Range: $14.00-$18.00Benefits: $100 Signing bonus after 90 days of employment, Paid Time Off, Medical Insurance, (90 days and must work 30 + hours per week), Free lessons for a family member

Our Crew Members create a warm and friendly shopping experience in our stores. We answer questions, offer suggestions, and ensure our customers know they are welcomed and cared for. We entertain kids and make swim lessons an exciting time through guided play. Some responsibilities may include:

Working on teams to accomplish goals

Teaching swim lessons in a fun and efficient manner

Maintains a clean and safe facility as directed

Evaluates students’ progress, and completes required paperwork in a timely manner.

Helping customers find their favorite products

Fulfills other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Employer

You'll learn a lot. You're not stuck doing one task here. Each Crew Member contributes to providing WOW Customer Service and a Golden Experience by participating in all aspects of the job.
