    Our Construction Team is growing and we are looking for a dedicated team player who has project management, data analysis, design and retail franchising experience in the construction industry. This individual should be detail-oriented, possess strong administrative skills and professional customer service experience. The Construction Coordinator will support the new School Development Process, Franchise Design elements and Data Aggregation.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Assist with logistics (i.e. set up meetings, project management, tracking, collecting and analyzing data)

    Act as the gatekeeper of the franchise school building plans

    Assemble test fit packages for new locations

    Communicate with vendors (i.e. architects, engineers) and provide updates to the team

    Work with internal teams regarding proposals to respective stakeholders and vendors

    Collaborate with franchisees; provide design and data analytical support

    Assist real estate and sales team with design specs, décor and signage, FF&E

    Build out internal processes, maintain guidelines and manage construction playbook

    Assist with logistics of school openings and addressing actions following a debrief

    Collect data, create reports and identify trends in the design/construction industry

    Includes any and all tasks needed to support departmental efforts as needed in support of our core values and growth

    Job Qualifications and Skills

    Prior related experience in a similar field such as construction management and design (2 yrs. min.)

    Familiarity with cloud-based database systems – data collection/aggregation support

    Effectively negotiate and work through challenging situations with people

    Ability to communicate effectively with all parties including drafting and editing documents

    Proven ability to multi-task, manage multiple responsibilities

    Strong time management and organizational skills

    Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook as well as Google Suite products
