    Requirements:

    Ability to work with children

    Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills

    Exceptional grammar and communication

    Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.

    Ability to work events (weekends required), including being a brand ambassador.

    Must pass background examinations (included with training)

    Job Position: Marketing, Event and Social Media Coordinator

    Reports To: General Manager

    FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

    Summary:

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Oversees the quality and success of the our social media platforms and gives us positive representative in the community.

    Building relationships with local groups, businesses and event operators to help foster a beneficial relationship.

    Uses creativity to help promote Goldfish - Milford on our social media platforms, at events and in the community.

    Manages Marketing Tracking Spreadsheet and Budget.

    Creates in school signage.

    Brings Bubbles mascot into the community for photo opportunities and community relations.

    Gains a high level of knowledge and experience in the iClassPro software to achieve a high level of competence in bookings, class scheduling, reporting and administrative functions.

    Fulfills other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Employer.

    Trained to teach Swim Lessons, work on our Pool Deck and at our Front Desk to fully understand what Goldfish is all about.

    Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree required.

    Work Environment: While performing this job, the employee is exposed to heat and humidity occasionally. Noise level is usually moderate.

    Each Goldfish Swim School is an independently owned and operated franchise. The respective Franchisee is the employer at each Goldfish Swim School location. Each franchisee can set their own wages, benefit programs and terms and conditions of employment, which may vary at each Goldfish Swim School location.
