    Job Description: As our Regional Sales Director, your core mission will be to turbocharge our sales of swim lessons and other activities across our competitive region. With your hand firmly on the sales wheel, you'll steer the use of call center strategies, CRM platforms, social media marketing, and event planning to enhance our brand visibility and sales. You will be the key force behind developing our salespeople and school staff into world-class sales professionals and marketers.

    Responsibilities:

    Launch aggressive, innovative sales strategies, relentlessly driving the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

    Ensure our sales conversion rates not only meet but exceed industry standards.

    Rigorously prosecute leads to drive growth, fully leveraging our CRM and other sales technologies.

    Spearhead the training, motivation, and mentoring of salespeople and school staff, nurturing their skills to reach peak sales performance.

    Command our call center strategies and incorporate innovative social media marketing and event planning initiatives to amplify our brand.

    Collaborate intensively with school operational managers, instilling a sales-oriented mindset that aligns with operational goals.

    Closely monitor market trends and competitor activity, ready to react and counter with assertive action.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

    Minimum of 5 years' experience in a high-impact sales leadership role, with experience in the education or sports sector a plus.

    Proven track record in Call Center management, CRM platforms, and sales technologies.

    A master of sales funnels, conversion rates, and lead prosecution.

    Expertise in social media marketing and event planning.

    High-level communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

    Strong ability to train and mentor, driving teams to achieve their highest sales potential.
