    Job Title: Marketing & Fundraising Specialist with Executive Support Responsibilities Location: Flexible (Hybrid Position) Schedule: Part-time (3-4 days per week)

    Job Description: We seek a Marketing & Fundraising Specialist who will play a crucial role in driving our fund's growth through strategic marketing initiatives and effective fundraising. This role will also support our executive team, ensuring they can focus on high-level strategies and decision-making. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and is comfortable engaging with senior company leaders and investors.

    Key Responsibilities: Marketing and Fundraising Focus:

    Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to attract and retain investors, with a focus on the technology sector.

    Leverage experience in raising capital for hedge funds, private equity, and direct investments in technology.

    Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, investors, and Wall Street research and trading organizations.

    Organize and manage investor events, presentations, and meetings to promote fund initiatives and investment opportunities.

    Create engaging marketing materials and manage digital marketing efforts to enhance online presence and investor engagement.

    Executive Support Component:

    Offer organizational and administrative support to the firm's partners, enhancing their efficiency and effectiveness.

    Manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements as needed.

    Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and financial analyses.

    Ensure confidentiality and professional handling of sensitive information.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in marketing, fundraising, and investor relations within the hedge fund, private equity, or technology investment sectors.

    Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and investors.

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing executive support tasks while driving marketing and fundraising initiatives.

    Self-motivated with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms.

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
