Primary Responsibilities: ● Keep swimmers safe with lifeguard supervision ● Teach swimmers water safety and technique in accordance to our proprietary curriculum ● Provide positive reinforcement to swimmers Job Qualifications and Skills ● Ability to work with children ● Excellent communication and organizational skills ● High energy ● Strong work ethic ● Must pass background examinations prior to training
