We are looking for a Sales Associate with experience in cold calling, call center work, customer service, and a high volume of clientele. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude and be personable. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing relationships with customers. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide WOW! Customer Service to our members

Assist with class scheduling and billing

Work in a sales capacity to sell new memberships

Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate new business

Respond to inbound sales inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Build and maintain relationships with customers

Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity in the CRM system

Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals

Participate in regular sales training and development activities to improve skills and knowledge

Job Qualifications and Skills

1+ years of experience in sales, call center work, or customer service

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Ability to work with children

Excellent communication and organizational skills

High energy

Strong work ethic

Must pass background examinations prior to training
