We are looking for a proven Regional Manager who can drive our business to the next level while we expand into the Westchester and Rockland county regions with new, state-of-the-art kids-focused swim schools. The right candidate will become our Senior Business Leader in the Region and be responsible for a significant business that spans numerous schools in a top 10 national franchise (Goldfish Swim Schools). This role will span and oversee all elements of a fledging business from sales & marketing to corporate & community partnerships and hiring a team that may be more than 250 personnel and multiple Managers. We are looking for candidates with experience in working with local area schools, recreational services, and other children's focused partnership opportunities.
Prior large franchise experience and success are highly valued.

Requirements:
Demonstrated Success at a Major National Franchise, Ideally in the Services/Experiences Industry
Proven Sales and Pipeline Management Experience
Corporate and Business Development experience, ideally in an educational or children focused industry.
Ability to work with children
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Must pass background examinations (included with training)
Job Position: Regional Manager
Reports To: Owner
Summary: Oversees the quality and success of the individual schools, including sales functions, human resources, business development, corporate development, customer service, retail, vending, and community outreach functions.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's and advanced degrees preferred. Five or more years of customer service, sales, and management experience required. Intermediate level computer skills required using Word, Excel, CRM tools, and other software systems.
Certificates and Licenses: Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certification required. Shallow water attendant highly recommended.
Work Environment: While performing this job, the employee is exposed to heat and humidity occasionally. The noise level is usually moderate.
