Status: Part-time Must be flexible for evening and weekend shiftsLocation: BURLINGTON
Summary: Promotes the health and safety of our staff members
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Pre-Screening of staff and members arriving to our facility.
With effective communication skills, addresses a potential customer’s needs & expectations while presenting the services available from Goldfish Swim School.
Manages COVID and related inquiries from existing members while building strong relationships
Resolves member concerns in relation to COVID19 using a professional & empathic approach.
Light cleaning and disinfection of touchpoint areas
Participates in training/in-services as required.

Education/Experience:
High School Graduate
Self-motivated and conscientious
Excellent presentation, organization, verbal and written communication are mandatory
Positive and clear verbal manner
Motivated to achieve customer satisfaction results

Salary: $15.00 per hour
