Whether you are in the pool leading instruction for our swimmers or warmly greeting our members in our tropical lobby as a front desk/sales representative, you are making an impact.

Primary Responsibilities for Front Desk Staff:

Provide WOW! Customer Service to our members

Assist with class scheduling and billing

Work in a sales capacity to sell new memberships

Comfortable with phone, email, and in-person member communication

Perform light cleaning duties throughout the facility as scheduled

Primary Responsibilities for Swim Instructor/Lifeguard Staff:

Provide swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum

Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents. Make rescues and administer first aid when necessary

Evaluate students’ progress and completes required paperwork in a timely manner

Interact with parents/guardians on the activities and development of students’ swim skills

Attend mandatory workshops and in-service paid training outside of regular working hours

Primary Responsibilities for Deck Supervisor Position:

Use problem solving and creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges that students encounter

Inspect pool areas before and after each class for possible maintenance, cleanliness or damage issues. Reports issues to management as appropriate

Participate in setup and clean up of the pool area before and after shifts by: maintaining proper storage of pool equipment, placing and removing lane lines, clearing out skimmer baskets, and participating in pre and post shift meetings

Report accidents and incidents to management. Complete the required documentation and paperwork

Perform light cleaning duties such as window washing, deck mopping, trash removal etc.

Attend mandatory workshops and in-service paid training outside of regular working hours

Other duties and responsibilities as needed

Consistent availability including one weekend day
