Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager Company: Goldfish Swim Schools of Westchester County, NY (Yorktown Heights and New Rochelle)

Job Description: Goldfish Swim School is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team in Westchester County, NY. The ideal candidate will be passionate about children's programs and have a college degree. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the customer sales funnel, managing a distributed sales teams, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, and optimizing customer lifetime value. The successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills and the ability to train others in sales, as well as experience with social media marketing, search engine optimization, and grassroots lead generation. We are building out a regional sales office across schools with a centralized call-center; this professional would help oversee call-center development and implementation.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to promote Goldfish Swim School programs and services.

Manage the customer sales funnel and ensure an outstanding customer experience from initial contact through to program completion, with a focus on optimizing customer lifetime value.

Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.

Develop and implement sales training programs to improve the sales skills of staff members.

Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and events, with a focus on social media marketing, search engine optimization, and grassroots lead generation.

Monitor and report on sales and marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.

Qualifications:

Experience in Call Center operations and Sales Force management

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the children's programs or education industry.

Passion for children's programs and a strong commitment to customer service.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to train and motivate others to improve their sales skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with social media marketing, search engine optimization, and grassroots lead generation.

Understanding of customer lifetime value and ability to optimize it through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation software is a plus.
