Sales Manager

We are seeking an energetic & motivated individual to become part of our Team at Gold's Gym in British Columbia. The Fitness Manager role will be responsible to provide an enthusiastic customer service, care for all. We require an individual who is able to supervise the Customer Service associates & financial aspect of the business this may include light Bookkeeping for the business. You will also assist customers with membership & any inquires clients may have regarding programs & pricing at Gold’s Gym BC. The Fitness Manager in training overlooks the entire facility & Personal Training Department to run in excellent condition. Top priority for all P/T customer’s & members is required. Ensure brand consistency and focus on resolving customer goals in fitness & health. You would service & or resolve any issues between the Personal trainer and the member & or goals. Create and maintain a team environment, coach, develop, evaluate and counsel the Personal training team analyze reports and identify opportunities to maximize results, as well as other duties some light administration duties or conflicts the General Manger may need.
