Senior Administrative Assistant for Development Company
Full time position, for an experienced, hardworking & well organized individual, who is looking to make a long term commitment. Office is centrally located in Burnaby, BC
Duties:
Reception• Filing• Invoicing• Coordinating paperwork and documents for Financial Institutions (I.e. Estoppels)• Office Organization• Update Tenant records/info• Manage deposits and keep deposit spreadsheets up to date• Rent collections -- Bailiff correspondence • Sending tenant correspondence (Memos, Rental Payment Schedules. Common Costs Reconciliations)• Assisting management with various tasks• Job site visits• Dealing with city hall• Scheduling
Job Qualifications:
Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills
Understanding of basic cash procedures
Basic computer skills
Ability to handle challenging customer issues with patience, tact and professionalism
Excellent training skills
Excellent leadership and management skills
Basic knowledge of microsoft work, excel and powerpoint
2 -5 years experience with Real Estate work

Organization
Work with minimal supervision
Detail oriented
Excellent command of the English Language
Commerce degree is an assestReal Estate Experience is an asset.Salary: TBD
