    You will be a key driver of a diverse, talented and tight-knit People team, delivering HR services. Reporting to the VP, Director of Operations and Senior Administrator, this role is an influencer at the senior leadership table focusing on organizational development, change management and talent acquisition.

    Key Requirements

    Min. 2 Year Experience in Human Resources

    Min 2 Year Experience in leadership experience under your belt

    Degree in Human Resource or Business Management

    Have strong leadership and coaching skills

    Possess the ability to exercise professional judgment and assume responsibility for decisions which have an impact on people, quality of service, and cost;

    Have a proven track record of influencing senior leaders and building relationships

    Easily adjust to changing priorities, successfully navigate ambiguity and able to work with a variety of personalities

    Advanced computer skills

    Strong knowledge of labor and employment law.

    Ability to interpret and administer company policies.

    Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

    Have an energetic and positive approach to work. You like to have fun!
