Lash Artist JOB DESCRIPTION

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Perform all applicable services lash enhancements

· Assist our customers and help ensure they receive an exceptional experience specifically tailored to their individual.

· Adhering to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring time schedule.

· Advising clients on suitable treatments and home care regimens.

· Maintaining product knowledge to promote and sell beauty and salon services, and retail products.

· Adhering to Lash policies pertaining to chemical usage, and cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance of equipment.

· Caring for linens and replacing them between sessions.

· Ceasing treatment and informing supervisor in the event of inappropriate guest behavior.

· Maintain the cleanliness and integrity of your area through a series of daily tasks and cleaning duties.

· Establish trust and rapport with customers as a natural path to ensure both customer needs and sales goals are met.

· Manage customer accounts and ensure data integrity of customer forms and personal information.

· Ability to work independently.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Must be at least 18 years of age

· Licensed to practice as an Lashing

· Proficient in performing all applicable treatments & services

· Ability to maintain client confidentiality

· Energetic and positive attitude

· Team oriented and strong work ethic

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to understand customer needs and the desire to exceed their expectations

· Responsible and reliable

· Ability to multi-task

· Availability and willingness to work a flexible schedule

· Ability to bend, lift, and stand or walk all day

· Computer proficiency

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
