Gold's Gym is looking for a Retail Specialist to aid in the growth and expansion of our retail space in all 16 clubs across Tennessee. The Retail Specialist will analyze reporting for which merchandise items are selling best and adjust our offerings accordingly. This position will be responsible for keeping up with industry trends to ensure we highest selling potential. Working closely with the Director of Club Production, the Retail Specialist will place orders for all food and drink, apparel, and other items to be sold in the clubs.

Job Qualifications:

High School diploma required. College degree preferred.

Fitness industry experience preferred but not required. Retail sales experience required.

Strong ability to review and analyze sales metrics including, P&L, budgeting, inventory, and cost controls.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
