Personal Trainer Expectations and Responsibilities Include (Not Limited To):

Design and motivate clients with results driven workout programs!

Generate new client leads, schedule appointments, and service personally acquired and club generated training sessions.

Maintain excellent communication with clients, members, and co-workers (across departments).

Drive personal training revenue during scheduled hours.

Actively seeking new personal training business daily, weekly, and monthly.

Assist in developing and be accountable to new business goals.

Job Requirements/Preferences:

Must work prime-time training hours (Weekends may be required based on schedule needs)

Current CPR/AED Certification

Current Nationally Recognized Personal Trainer Certification

Applicant should be enthusiastic, intelligent, and knowledgeable about the fitness industry.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to understand and achieve revenue budgets and goals.

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Ability to learn and work with current computer systems as relates to personal training.

Compensation includes competitive hourly wage and personal training commissions with built in performance based bonus levels.
