Personal Training Sales Manager
Overview
As a Gold’s Gym Personal Training Sales Manager, you will manage and develop the Personal Training Sales Department.
You will be surrounded by the finest tools, equipment, technology and more importantly, people who motivate and inspire you every day.
Our Sales Manager will lead and oversee all personal training sales, new leads reports, client outreach, and lead generations. The Sales Manager owns / manages all aspects of personal training sales, personal training marketing, and member marketing.
Responsibilities
Manages lead generations to help increase opportunities for department sales growth
Reaches out to all non-connected members in their first 90 days
Manages the set-up and execution of major in-club training events
Attends weekly business and education, leadership and national leadership meetings
Delivers Member Facing Appointments including On boarding Sessions and Training.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GE
1-3 years of high-cost sales experience
1 year of program design experience
1 year of personal training experience
CPR and AED certified
Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition, program design, and exercise techniques
Ability to perform aerobic activity for the duration of a class and to bend, stand, walk, reach, climb or lift up to 50 pounds
