Fitness Manager
Daily Responsibilities include:
Presenting and closing Personal Training options to new and existing members
Conduct phone calls focused on setting appointments with prospective PT clients
Conduct Fitness Orientations to all new members
Demonstrate a high level of Customer Service and enhance the experience of members
Recruit, hire, train, and maintain accountability/discipline of Personal Trainers and other PT staff
Perform administrative duties to ensure quality and integrity of PT programs
Assist membership production opportunities by influencing PT impact at Point of Sale
Manage personal training schedules and availabilities
Monthly Expectations:
Meet minimum threshold for Personal Training Goals
Follow up with and assist with scheduling of current personal training clients
Lead meetings and workshops to ensure development of Personal Training program and other PT staff
Analyze production DNA to improve production potential month over month
Qualifications:
2 years or more of professional experience in the Fitness Industry and/or self-managed, commission-driven sales positions
Excellent communication, customer service and sales skills
Possess organizational skills
Previous experience in relative position preferable.
