Front Desk Manager Position
Responsible for managing the overall front desk operations through leadership of programming, concession sales, member service and staff. The leader of the front desk team is an ambassador for our brand. This individual will have a passion for fitness and a strong leadership skill set.
Position Requirements
Hire, train and deliver training/orientation program for new front desk employees
Coach employees on behavior that is not consistent with company policy/standards
Manage and coordinate front desk schedules
Cover front desk shifts when necessary
Monitor daily sales activities to ensure transactions are completed accurately
Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of front desk area
Adhere to company guidelines and values
Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality and professionalism to clients
Education and/or Skills Required
Computer proficiency with Windows based products
High-quality customer service and leadership skills
Good organizational, written and verbal skills
