The Membership Director is responsible for overseeing the member services department, financial reporting and programs/services for the company’s employees while exercising good judgement in providing excellent programs and customer service to our members. The Membership Director works both independently and effectively with customers and other staff to achieve and maintain the excellence standards set forth by the company. The position requires the Membership Director to independently think and creatively control the development, implementation and evaluation of ongoing innovative programming, finding creative ways to welcome our new members and provide member retention. The Membership Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk and work closely with other staff, members, and is required to submit weekly reports to their supervisor. This position requires the Membership Director to hire, train and manage the member services staff. The Membership Director is responsible for ensuring quality control and working with their supervisors and other key contacts to ensure the company is providing the best possible services to the members and its employees.
