Day In The Life…
· Shift starts with reviewing the new gym member list and scheduling FitStart appointments for potential clients
· Meet and discuss fitness goals with members, providing a sample training session
· Assign new clients to Personal Trainers, checking in regularly to ensure quality service and programming
· Interview/hire, train, and manage/support Personal Trainers - reassigning clients as needed
· Attend routine meetings and weekly conference calls
Requirements:
· Current Personal Training certification obtained within 60 days (NASM, ISSA, ACSM, or other approved program) · CPR/AED and First Aid certification obtained within 30 days · No degree needed. We’ve got you covered with our skills training.
· We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect/communicate with and motivate others while providing excellent customer service.
