Who we are looking for:We are looking for an inspirational leader and a driven content contributor. The ideal candidate will be extremely self-motivated and able to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.
There are some must-haves:
Minimum 7-10 years of Marketing/Promotions/Advertising experience. With at least 2-3 years (client-side or agency) in the regional multi-unit chain arena.
Experience developing, executing, and tracking marketing plans and competitive response activities.
Creative problem solver.
Strong business analytics.
Budget Management experience.
Some exposure and/or experience working with direct mail segmentation and/or basic electronic media planning.
Self-starter with a “run-thru-walls” mentality; results-oriented disposition.
Excellent time management, project coordination and job follow-through skills.
Attention to detail; able to manage several projects simultaneously (good multi-tasking).
Ability to interface with employees and partners at all levels; Team-oriented.
Strong computer skills preferred: Mac and PC, Adobe Acrobat, Office, Quark
Strong skills with digital platforms such as Tick Tok, IG, Snapchat, and others
Strong written and oral communication skills.
