    WHEN YOU COME TO WORK YOU’LL:

    • Greet and check in all members
    • Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
    • Handle correspondence
    • Set up new memberships, sell retail products
    • Sell personal training packages
    • Keep the reception area clean and well-organized
    • Conduct guest tours
    • Perform outreach
    • Assist with club’s daily maintenance
    • Other tasks as assigned by management

    THERE ARE SOME MUST HAVES:

    • Current CPR Certification is required
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Effective communication
    • Basic accounting principles, cash processing and computer skills
