Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

Create Daily sales spreadsheet for the new month for all locations

Reconcile EFT Draft Report against Monthly Sales

Audit the Monthly Sales Summary Report for accuracy. Comparing spreadsheet to Income Analysis from point of sales.

Create Daily Sales Summary spreadsheet for the new month for all locations

Report Gross Sales to: Franchisor and Management Co's

Update the Monthly Sales Comparison spreadsheet for all locations

Allocate and post bank fees

Update and balance prepaid expense accounts, post amortization

Prepare other balance sheet account reconciliations as needed

Prepare sales tax reconciliations and process payments as necessary

Requirements

Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Must have attention to detail

MUST HAVE at least four to six years accounting experience

Prefer private industry background

Must be proficient in Excel spreadsheets

Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Salary: 65k-70k
