As our Street Team Representative and Brand Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to join us at a range of events and help us promote our 21 gyms! Whether it’s getting content for social media, promoting giveaways and contests, distributing promotional material, interfacing with clients, customers and the general public, we’re looking for a reliable, cheerful candidate with a positive attitude to help spread the word about Gold's Gym.
Here's what you'll be doing on a daily basis:
Familiarize yourself with Gold’s Gym’s mission, vision, goals and on-going promotions
Work closely with sales and marketing team to conceptualize marketing campaigns, events and strategies
Advertise Gold’s Gym promotions, products or events throughout communities near our clubs or throughout social media networks and channels
Educate the community about Gold’s Gym offerings, programs and products
Spread Gold’s Gym brand awareness through word-of-mouth marketing techniques
Distribute posters, passes, stickers, flyers, or giveaways throughout the communities
Create social media content in order to build brand awareness and attract traffic to clubs or events
Convince community members to visit the clubs, attend events or purchase products
Operate as the “face” of Gold’s Gym in physical and virtual networks
Attend relevant community, industry or company events to promote their brand
Visit clubs on a regular basis to interact with staff, members and representatives on social media to build social footprint, build awareness and engage followers
Transport promotional materials to and from various locations
Offer exclusive giveaways, promotions, or trials of Gold’s Gym products or services – on Social and In-person
Communicate daily with Marketing Director, Field Marketing Specialist, and/or entire promotions team
Receive and respond to incoming social media inquiries
Provide weekly updates from promotions street team to the marketing team to ensure alignment
Create basic events sheets for remotes and events
Executes phone calls for logistical planning of events
Pull maps for locations
Distribute contest rules, winner affidavits and prizing on the streets
Entertain a crowd in public with games, contest, music, trivia, etc.
Provide Marketing Team and Executives with recap from every remote and event within 48 hours of event
Maintain vehicles stocked at all times with prize premiums, marketing collateral and supplies.
Maintain promotional equipment (canopy, PA’s, tool boxes, prize boxes, etc.).
