When you come to work, you'll have two responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities of recruiting & employment
Playing a key role to identify new strategies, trends and tools to recruit external talent from entry level to senior level positions, including technical, sales and administrative roles
Collaborate with HR Director to develop recruitment strategies, updated job descriptions and evaluation criteria for positions
Creating a robust content strategy to support the company’s vision developing compelling job postings for company and external sites
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure staffing needs are met for all current and upcoming locations
Conduct thorough candidate pre-screening, facilitating the scheduling of interviews for sites, conducting feedback calibration and deliver communications between candidates and management.
Track metrics such as resume flow, applicants, source of new hires to effectively improve costs of sourcing of quality candidates as well as overall recruitment practices
Ensuring inclusive and timely communication with managers and candidates to ensure managers are well informed while supporting a positive, high touch applicant experience
Secondary responsibilities of general and broadened HR initiatives
Collaborate with HR Director on employee relation concerns and policy administration
Assist in the development of effective organizational change around staffing, structure, titles and transaction process
Complete onboarding tasks to ensure employees file setup is complete, accurate and uniform delivery is timely to the sites
Provide HR Generalist support as needed in the areas of leave of absence, onboarding, training, and development
Assists with company recruitment, culture events and employee engagement events
There are some MUST HAVES:
Have 4-5 years’ experience in direct HR Generalist role(s) with a strong emphasis in recruitment
Demonstrated proficiency with various HRIS and payroll systems- Paylocity knowledge a plus!
Minimum of 3 years relevant HR experience in a complex, dynamic, fast paced and high-volume environment where flexibility and resourcefulness was apart of the job
