    Have fitness industry experience (preferred)

    When you come to work you’ll:

    Greet and check in all members

    Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner

    Handle correspondence

    Set up new memberships, sell retail products

    Sell personal training packages

    Keep the reception area clean and well-organized

    Conduct guest tours

    Perform outreach

    Assist with club’s daily maintenance

    Other tasks as assigned by management

    There are some MUST HAVES:

    Current CPR Certification is required

    Excellent customer service skills

    Effective communication

    Basic accounting principles, cash processing and computer skills
