    When you come to work, you will be:

    Managing all aspects of Accounts Payable.

    Includes Vendor relations, disbursements, and tax-related 1099 matters

    Develops, implements, and maintains systems, procedures, and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines.

    Keeps track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.

    Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.

    Reviewing and applying charges and expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries made by AP team

    Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.

    Enters status change information into project accounting software to ensure employee information is accurate and up to date.

    Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports

    Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions

    Selects and hires employees for the groups mentioned above. Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Motivates and rewards employees including providing salary increases, bonuses, and promotions within allocated budgets and company guidelines.

    Prepares and recommends operating and personnel budgets for approval. Monitors spending for adherence to budget, recommends variances as necessary

    There are some MUST HAVES:

    · Must have large ERP AP system experience, as well as 1099 filing experience

    · Experience in migrations to new ERP Systems and is accountable for all Accounts Payable aspects of the same.

    · Knowledge of and experience with automated invoice processing systems. Will be accountable for the implementation and management of the same.

    · Associates Degree (Bachelor’s Strongly preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience

    · 5 or more years in accounts payable

    · 2 or more years in a solid leadership position

    · Excellent verbal and written communication and mathematical skills

    · Must be able to work from complex spreadsheets and accounting principals

    · Ability to achieve aggressive deadlines working accurately at a fast pace

    · Thoroughness in auditing of accounts payable

    · Highly organized in day to day functions

    · Clear ability to analyze information for educating company leaders and support teams
