    When you come to work, you'll be:

    Driving the educational development of personal training staff

    Leading new trainer “on-boarding” by teaching Gold’s Gym fitness assessment, program design, and outstanding member hospitality

    Explaining the dynamics of the programs and classes that we offer to our personal trainers to ensure they understand our business

    Helping to implement and facilitate the latest trends in fitness and health

    As act Co-lead sales support for personal training staff

    Growing and maintaining relationships through prospects, members and referrals

    Lead the welcome of our new members & personal training clients by developing strong customer relationships

    There are some MUST HAVES:

    Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly as well as passionate, intelligent and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry

    Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills

    Minimum of 1-year managing a personal training department for a large health club

    Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional setting

    Demonstrated ability to drive sales and hit budgets/goals

    Basic computer skills

    Current CPR/AED certification

    High school diploma (Degree in Exercise Science, Physiology, Kinesiology, Sports Management strongly preferred)
