    When you come to work, you'll be:

    Collaborating with HR Director to develop recruitment strategies, updated job descriptions and evaluation criteria for positions

    Assisting with the creation of a robust recruiting strategy to support the company’s vision developing compelling job postings for company and external sites

    Maintaining an active pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure staffing needs are met for all current and upcoming locations

    Conducting thorough candidate pre-screening, facilitating the scheduling of interviews for sites, conducting feedback calibration, and deliver communications between candidates and management.

    Ensuring inclusive and timely communication with managers and candidates to ensure managers are well informed while supporting a positive, high touch applicant experience

    There are some MUST-HAVES:

    2-3 years' experience in a recruiting or recruiting assistant type of role

    2+years of working in a complex, dynamic, fast-paced and high-volume environment which flexibility and resourcefulness as a valued trait
