    The Administrative Analyst will assist and support the owner and gym management by collecting and organizing specified data from various sources and analyze for trends and outliers with the goal of improving the gym’s efficiency, profits, or other assigned parameters. The position ensures the gyms are operating efficiently by conducting various audits, identifying potential strategies and offering suggestions to resolve issues identified by data analysis. The Administrative Analyst will create detailed reports of data and analytical findings and will communicate them clearly to responsible parties. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented, proficient at multi-tasking and able to produce results with little supervision. A strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor are essential.

    Essential Functions

    1. Audit all gym membership contracts for accuracy and authenticity and take action as needed.

    2. Audit payroll reports with specified set of criteria.

    3. Audit membership cancellations for completion.

    4. Run reports through ABC and review/audit for anomalies or deficiencies. Reports will include information pertaining to membership billing and fees, membership delinquencies, membership sales, membership changes, membership invoices and other gym membership metrics and data.

    5. Monitor Social Media accounts for Gyms and report any activity that does not meet Gold’s Gym’s standard of conduct.

    6. Keep Owner, Area Sales Manager, Human Resources, Gym Management and other responsible parties informed of urgent matters and progress on assignments and audit research.

    7. Keep information confidential and private, only disclosing to authorized individuals.

    8. Other duties as assigned.

    Required Education, Experience and Certifications

    High School diploma or equivalent.

    Minimum 1 year administrative or office experience.

    Has good judgment to make sound business decisions.

    Able to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.

    Able to prioritize work and re-prioritize as needed.

    Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.

    Adept with basic research methods.

    Ability to think analytically.

    Mastery of basic math and statistics.

    Ability to create visual descriptions of findings and present them to staff at varying levels in the organization.

    Ability to collaborate with the managerial staff of various gyms and in various levels of the organization.

    Excellent organizational skills.

    Preferred Education, Experience and Certifications

    Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

    Fitness industry experience.
