Job Summary: Gold's Gym PNW is currently seeking dedicated and passionate Personal Trainers to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele and help individuals achieve their fitness goals. We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong background in fitness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and guide clients to success.

Responsibilities:
Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients' goals, fitness levels, and any specific requirements or limitations.
Develop personalized exercise programs tailored to individual clients' needs, taking into consideration their goals, preferences, and current fitness levels.
Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques and equipment usage to clients, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
Provide ongoing guidance, support, and motivation to clients throughout their fitness journey.
Monitor and track clients' progress, making adjustments to their programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
Educate clients about proper nutrition, lifestyle habits, and overall wellness to enhance their fitness outcomes.
Maintain a clean and organized training area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
Stay up to date with the latest fitness trends, research, and industry developments to provide cutting-edge training techniques to clients.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining client confidentiality and promoting a positive and inclusive gym environment.
Collaborate with other fitness professionals and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
Certification from a nationally recognized personal training organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA) is required.
Previous experience as a Personal Trainer, preferably in a gym or fitness center environment.
Strong knowledge of exercise principles, anatomy, physiology, and nutrition.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide clear instructions and feedback.
Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their fitness goals.
CPR and First Aid certification is required.
Additional certifications or specialties (e.g., group fitness, sports performance, corrective exercise) are a plus.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
