Front Desk Associate

The primary function of the Member Experience Associate is to greet and service members in a professional, upbeat manner that is encouraging, supportive, and knowledgeable. This individual is responsible for knowing everything about the club, with a strong ability to multitask.

Thorough knowledge of all programs, memberships, profit centers, daily promotions, cash register, and computer software is a must.

Must have good communication and organizational skills, be energetic, upbeat, and people-oriented. A passion for helping people and a love for fitness is important.

Additional job duties include selling memberships, making juice bar shakes and some occasional cleaning and organizing.
