    Position: Marketing Manager

    Overview Gold’s Gym is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing team. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that elevate Gold’s Gym brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our clubs and members by utilizing your creativity, digital marketing expertise, and passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle.

    Responsibilities • Plan and execute all traditional and digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and advertising campaigns.•Identify trends and insights, optimizing campaign performance based on data-driven analyses.•Brainstorm and implement creative growth strategies to enhance brand visibility.•Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling landing pages and optimize user experience.•Develop and execute experiments and conversion tests to ensure marketing success.•Oversee day-to-day digital marketing and communication campaigns.•Create and execute robust content strategies for digital workflows, email communications, online content, and social network platforms.•Ensure SEO optimization across all website content and location pages.•Collaborate with internal teams and external brands to identify key product stories and campaigns.•Manage the budget allocated to digital marketing and evaluate competitors to optimize strategies.•Perform detailed performance reviews and analyze channel sales in relation to marketing initiatives.•Visit clubs regularly to gather videos, photos, and assets for marketing efforts

    Qualifications • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing position with proven results. • Highly creative with a track record of engaging target audiences. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with multiple priorities. • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing, CRM strategies, and lead management. • Expert proficiency in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel. • Knowledge of email best practices, social media content strategy, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Strong working knowledge of web technology, marketing analytics, and mobile tools. • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Flash, PHP, ColdFusion, and mobile-responsive design. • Experience with HubSpot for designing and implementing email campaigns. • Positive attitude, team player, and ability to work independently. • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
