Wendell Builders Supply is part of Goldsboro Builders Supply Family of Companies.   We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Operations Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the Operations Manager and Operations Team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike.  Job requires organizational skills such as maintaining schedules and proper documentation as well as ability to manage Electronic Data (Bistrack). Maximizing team job performances daily is the goal.

RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW

• Maintain and display a positive attitude
• Coordinate operations team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
• Capable of performing full dispatch and operational duties as needed
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
• Maintain Preventative Maintenance Services
• Respond to requests from customers and give support when needed
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form securely
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
• Enter data in Bistrack and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and so forth
• Assist with inventory management 
• Uphold company policies and expectations
