    Job Description

    As the newest member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the development of our recruitment and people office. You are an HR professional with 5+ years of experience in full-cycle candidate management who has created programs and systems that have helped startup stage companies in the contact center industry grow/scale. You understand the nuances of hiring, training, and developing people in a fully remote operation. If you thrive in an ever-changing, fast-moving environment where you’re able to stretch yourself intellectually every day, let’s talk!

    Spend your time:

    • Facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, onboarding, and training – helping foster a culture of collaboration and respect
    • Designing and implementing the human resource processes and systems required for us to grow and scale
    • Implementing a robust HRIS platform that will elevate our communications across the organization
    • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates - keeping everyone informed throughout the hiring process
    • Coordinating onboarding and training for effective ramp up of new team members
    • Identifying ongoing training needs, conducting virtual training sessions, and developing new material as needed
    • Administering employee benefits programs, assisting with inquiries and conflict resolution
    • Promoting a culture of inclusivity, integrity and employee engagement

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Show us your:

    • Undergraduate degree and 5+ years of experience in a growing human resources operation with responsibilities for hiring contact center and customer service agents
    • PHR or SHRM certification
    • Experience working in a startup creating programs/systems to help them grow and scale successfully
    • Knowledge of multistate benefits administration and compliance
    • Deep understanding of the unique cultural requirements and challenges of a fully remote organization
    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills - comfortable collaborating at all levels of the organization
    • Gifted trainer with the ability to identify needs, conduct virtual training sessions and develop course materials with relationship to onboarding and talent upkeep
    • Growth mindset – continuously seeking ways to drive employee engagement throughout the organization
