Prestonwood Country Club, one of the premier private golf facilities in North Carolina, is seeking energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Golf Operations team as Cart & Range Attendants. These are part-time, year round positions.
With three championship 18-hole golf courses, a vibrant membership, and a commitment to excellence, Prestonwood offers an exciting opportunity to work in a first-class golf environment while gaining valuable experience in the golf industry.
Expected Schedule: 15–25 hours per week
Applicants should be available to work shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM, including weekends and holidays as needed.
What You'll Do
As a Cart & Range Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding golf experience for our members and guests by:
Greeting golfers and assisting with loading and unloading golf bags
Preparing, staging, and maintaining golf carts for daily play
Ensuring the cleanliness, appearance, and readiness of the golf cart fleet
Setting up and maintaining the practice facility and driving range
Monitoring range ball inventory and keeping practice areas clean and organized
Assisting with golf tournaments, outings, and special events
Supporting daily golf operations and delivering exceptional member service
Qualifications:
Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
Strong customer service skills; hospitality experience is a plus
Golf course, golf operations, or golf industry experience preferred but not required
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods
Must be at least 16 years old
Valid driver's license required
Ability to safely operate golf carts and utility vehicles
Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
