    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team. In this role, you will trim trees and hedges, mow and manicure laws, maintain gardens, and keep pathways clean. Ultimately, your goal is to keep the facility’s surroundings beautiful and inviting. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with a strong understanding of lawn care and landscaping. Must be available on WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS, especially mornings. Must be an early riser, the daily work schedule will start as early as 6:00am . Must be able to work outside during adverse weather. Must be flexible due to the weather and work to be performed on the golf course

    Responsibilities:

    In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of the course through hands-on landscaping, turf care, and equipment operation

    Your dedication will help ensure golfers enjoy an exceptional experience every time they step onto the course

    Operate power tools and hand tools to mow, trim, edge, and shape fairways, greens, and roughs with precision and care

    Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure optimal watering schedules

    Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, fertilizing, aerating, and mulching to promote healthy turf and plant growth

    Conduct routine lawn care activities including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and weed control to keep the course immaculate

    Assist with general gardening and horticulture duties to enhance course aesthetics and environmental health

    Use landscaping equipment responsibly while adhering to safety standards during all maintenance activities

    Support team efforts in course setup for tournaments or special events by preparing bunkers, tee boxes, and pathways

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience as a Groundskeeper, Landscaper, or other position is preferred

    Valid Drivers License Required

    High school diploma/GED is preferred

    Familiarity with landscaping equipment and machinery

    Understanding of sprinkler systems

    Knowledge of fertilizers, pesticides, and gardening techniques

    Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects over 50 pounds, digging, and standing for long periods

    Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
